Breezy Aircons follows a strict No Refund Policy.

  • Once a service has been delivered or work has been carried out by our technicians, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Payments made for booking, service visits, or completed repairs are non-refundable.

  • This policy applies to all types of services including AC repair, installation, gas filling, refrigerator repair, and other related solutions.

We believe in providing quality and reliable services. Instead of offering refunds, we provide a service guarantee, ensuring that if an issue persists after repair, it will be addressed again under our re-repair policy.


2. Service Guarantee (Re-Repair Policy)

  • If the same issue reoccurs within the guarantee period after our technician has performed a repair, Breezy Aircons will re-repair the appliance free of cost.

  • Guarantee periods may vary depending on the type of service performed and will be communicated at the time of service.

  • Our guarantee applies only to the specific problem that was previously repaired, not to new or unrelated issues.

  • If parts are replaced, the warranty for those parts will depend on the manufacturer’s warranty, not Breezy Aircons.


3. Exclusions from Guarantee

Our guarantee and re-repair policy do not apply in the following cases:

  • Misuse, mishandling, or negligence by the customer.

  • Issues caused by external factors like voltage fluctuations, weather conditions, or third-party interference.

  • New faults unrelated to the original repair.

  • Unauthorized tampering or repairs done by another service provider after our initial service.


4. Advance Payments and Service Charges

  • Any advance booking charges or service visit charges are non-refundable.

  • These charges cover technician visit costs, inspection, and basic service handling.

  • In case of cancellation after service confirmation, the booking fee will not be refunded.


5. Replacement of Parts

  • Breezy Aircons does not manufacture spare parts. We procure genuine parts from trusted suppliers.

  • If a part becomes faulty, the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable) will be honored.

  • Replacement parts are billed separately and are not included in service charges unless specified.


6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate details regarding the problem when booking a service.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper access to the appliance and safety of our technicians during service.

  • In case of repeat issues, customers must report them within the guarantee period to avail re-repair services.


7. Limitation of Liability

Breezy Aircons will not be liable for:

  • Any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by appliance failure.

  • Compensation beyond the scope of re-repair service.

  • Refund claims, as all services are strictly non-refundable.
